Best Choice Automotive was recommended to me by FasTech tire centre at 4726 97 St. a company I’ve dealt with for 20 years. My 2012 Mazda 3 had a transmission failure just before Christmas. Best Choice had booked their days off already but agreed to keep the car inside over their break and get to it when they were back. They were true to their word and within a day, called and told me my best options. They had me back on the road a week later. The cost was less than the estimate and the car was running great. This is a great all-round automotive shop. I have been coming here for about 25 years and I do so because I know I can trust the people here to get honest advice and service on my vehicles. It started when I would take my vehicles (Altima, Taurus) to the dealerships for service and get reports back that different things needed to be worked on despite it being ridiculously contrary to my owner’s manual. I’ve brought my last three vehicles (currently Mazda CX-5) here for routine maintenance in line with my owner’s manual and I’ve never had a problem with any of them. If something does need to be done, I know I can trust them to explain the issue and the options.... read full review
