I have an iPhone SE 2022 that I bought 7 months ago. The battery used to hold its charge for ages but it suddenly started dropping rapidly and also the phone got very hot. Apple did a diagnostic test over the phone and said that everything was OK but something definitely wasn't right and it wasn't the fault of the battery because the battery health was 100% although this dropped to 97%. Due to a neurological condition I was unable to go to a cellphone repair shop or take my phone into an Apple store. Had as issue with my iPhone XR. The speaker in the phone for calls was fading and soon to break. Within 2 hours they had it fixed like new! Very impressed with the professionalism! 10/10 Would recommend.
