I wanted to send a huge thank you to Best Buy in Shawnessey, Calgary (After having huge issues with having my warrantied HP computer repaired and HP was no help at all.) I bought my computer at the Shawnessey Best Buy and didn’t purchase the extended warranty but they still helped me out. They shipped my computer for free, had fixed for free and even lent me a computer for free so I didn’t suffer income loss for my business. Every step of the way they were kind, courteous and very helpful. The managers and especially the Geek Squad Manager were very attentive to having my issue resolved and i would definitely recommend this store and location. It’s worth the drive to get this kind of service. Good job Best Buy we will continue to purchase all our electronics from the Shawnessey Best Buy location
