I had the best customer service today at apple all because of Ken. He helped me through the process of returning a phone and gave me the best advice and made me feel heard. The sweetest guy ever and he deserves the best. Thank you Ken!!! I will always advise my friends and family to go to him whenever they need help. Truly the best
I recently visited the Apple Store at West Edmonton Mall and purchased two new phones, an iPhone 17 Pro Max (512GB) for myself and an iPhone 17 Pro (512GB) for my wife. While I'm very happy with the products, I was disappointed with the customer service.
When I entered the store, a sales representative named Zahra greeted me and asked what I was looking for. I explained that I was exploring my options and would make a purchase if I found the right products. After that, she walked away, and when I later needed assistance, she returned only to complete the sale.

We came in to this location today to buy a present for my boyfriend’s birthday and had an outstanding experience given by the professionalism and joyful atmosphere from the apple team. At the end they even sang Happy Birthday song for him which made us leave with a big smile. 😁 Thank you !
