He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I fully understood my purchase. He took the time to make sure I really understood everything and answered all my questions patiently. Had the most pleasant experience today with Lillian. The customer service was Unreal. Outstanding customer service. Cannot say enough good things about them today. This person went above and beyond for me. After my experience I hunted down the manager to let them know that Lillian needs a raise immediately.
