The sevice Melody and Sue was fantastic!! After dealing with Samsung over the phone, I was extremely frustrated and was not in the best of moods upon arriving to the store. These ladies were extremely helpful and getting me in set up with the Geek Squad. Thanks again for the great service!!

Awesome customer service from Logan. Another staff got our product wrong and didn't really help much. Was about to leave the store puzzled, when Logan approached and offered assistance. Answered all our questions and more. We went back to buy the product that he recommended. Unfortunately, we were given the wrong product again by same staff that previously helped us and good thing we double checked, so we won't waste our time again with returns. Our store experience would have been poor and unpleasant. Thanks to Logan, we left with the product closest to what we wanted.
