Really enjoyed my experience there yesterday. When I walked in to look at laptops I was greeted right away and asked if I needed a hand. (Only once which I appreciate because I hate when sales people pester you) I walked around and looked at laptops and decided to go do some research on them before purchasing. I had found the laptop I wanted online and it was cheaper than best buys sale price, so I reached out to the online customer support and they said they wouldnt price match it in store... I decided to go back to the store to ask a sales associate/manager and they actually had no issues with the price match at all. So they dropped price to the price I found online...read full review
Takes forever to find someone to help you here, wen there to purchase a PS5, and i had to struggle to find someone to ask questions, and it looked like i was asking them for a favor. Anyways I'm leaving 4 stars because the cashiers indeed knew about customer service.
Best experiences ever buying phone plans both times and all the phone sales associates are great! I don’t know about the other areas though! Great experience and new phone for same price as old plan around 80 bucks for the base model latest iPhone.
