I did not know that at the end of the day I would be leaving any reviews at all after going into Best Buy with a broken laptop and and lost receipt, but I have to after the unexpected help I received from Geek Squad manager “Khrystyna”. After explaining my long lasting issue with my previous laptop and lost receipt, Khrystyna helped me not only located my purchased from more than 3 years ago and help me to replace my old broken laptop with a brand new one that has much more features than the previous one.
