Bath Fitter receives high praise for its professional and efficient service. Customers appreciate the timely arrivals and friendly demeanor of the installers, like Jeff, Josh, and Owie, who complete their work accurately and leave spaces clean. Reviewers are particularly impressed with the quality of the installations, such as the beautiful walk-in shower and the rejuvenated look of older tubs. Overall, Bath Fitter is recommended for its great results and excellent customer service.
We had wondered about replacing our large unused bathtub with a shower and had pursued different options. Then we ran into Bath Fitter at a local home show. The sales person came and measured the space, discussed our options and gave us a firm quote. Once the shower was fabricated, a contractor attended at our house and removed both the old bathtub and the old standup shower and installed the beautiful new shower, leaving a closet space that my husband is building out. The new shower is well designed so that everything is within reach and convenient, as well as has safety features that will be useful as we age.
Very very happy with our tub liner and surround. Very professional and the installation was seamless. Byron was exceptional and helped us with a problem we had. He is friendly, & personable. Very clean & tidy with the installation and we can’t say enough good things! Would highly recommend him and the company!
