Barbi, the receptionist, is sweet, bubbly, and the perfect fit for her role - I could tell she loves people and loves what she does. “Got a hair cut from the barber Nick who did an excellent job taming the mop on my head (and making sure I liked the end result). I have a really simple/generic hair style but would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a solid hair cut, efficiently done, and well priced. Found out there's free parking at the back of the store (which is nice so you don't have to fight for a spot on Whyte). The barber did have a sign accepting e-transfers but would recommend you bring cash (definitely no card unless you want to use the ATM).

“Great atmosphere and kind staff.

I can’t guarantee this for other customers but I was astonished at the wait time for my walk-in. I came in at 11am and got in a chair within 5 minutes. I’m sure if it was busier they might have turned me away or the wait time would’ve been longer (which is not a negative that makes sense) but still I’m beyond glad that they could get me in on such short notice.

Duncan was a great barber, really kind and enthusiastic, had a great conversation about art. I walked in with a mop, and he turned me into the freshest mf to walk the lands - as soon as I got outside birds started falling from the sky cause I was balling so hard.“
