I am very happy with the result. However, I would have appreciated better communication and care. He kind of just did things without telling me, like throwing a towel on my face. He also got water all down my back while shampooing, which could have been avoided with a little more care. I could also sense his tension and frustration with other coworkers, which put me on edge. Overall, good result but the overall experience was just okay.”
