We had Prince here today fixing my washing machine drain as it was leaking Prince repaired the drain line as it was to short and thought it was completed. Once we ran the machine to see if it working we still hade water come up the drain line. Prince then snaked it and we try one more time and this time no water coming up the drain line. Prince stay here through it all to make sure it was working. I feel that a 4.5 star is in order.
We were very pleased with the service we received from Chris. He was very polite and professional and a pleasure to deal with. He explained things well which helped us in understanding the route to take with our plumbing issues.
We had a leak on our ceiling and we reached out to Always plumbing. They sent in their trained technician. He located the problem immediately and fixed it on record time. Thank you so much Kleeve for all your help.
