Had a windshield replaced last week. My truck was returned to me clean with new wipers to boot! Fast friendly services even though I was 30 mins late for my appointment! They also found a mechanical error that was made by another shop! 100 % recommend All West Glass Quesnel!

The very cracked windshield of our car was replaced by All-West Glass. It felt like driving a new car afterwards. Twenty-six days later, much to our dismay, we noticed a chip and crack in the windshield. We had been given a 30 day warranty on the new windshield to repair, for free, any chips or cracks up to six inches. They were sympathetic to our plight and honored the warranty with immediate service and good cheer. Now I have a windshield that looks like new again. I am a very happy customer.

I had a windshield replaced at your Grande Prairie store. And as can happen with all businesses, the job didn't go so well. Broken trim piecesduring the job and it leaked after we got the vehicle back (the technician hid the problems). It happens but what the business does to make it right is what made the difference for me. Kala, right from the begining wanted to make things right. After getting a quote from the Toyota dealer, they ordered the needed parts in and did a great job of doing the needed repair. They even ordered in another new windshield just to make sure nothing could go wrong.
