Five Stars for the awesome experience we had with Alberta Hardwood Flooring . it started with Brooke who was lovely, pleasant and efficient. She also has candies on her desk. She sent for Joshua to help us. Joshua was outstanding. Five other people had indicated that there was no way to take up the hardwood from the closet to move to the kitchen to replace what was destroyed in a flood. One of the main differences was that Joshua listened to what we wanted and why we wanted it. He asked questions and came to the house to measure and assess the situation. He left saying that it could be done and he had replacement wood in the warehouse which could be used in the closet. Several days out a very talented and gifted installer, Alex, came out and did exactly as requested. It wasn't an easy task and we appreciated the commitment to doing it right. I would highly recommend Alberta Hardwood Flooring again any time.
