Just moved to Edmonton and was looking for a new Vet and I definitely found the one! Had to take my cat Moose in on Friday for an injured nail bed. Everyone from the front desk staff, to the techs, to Dr Zandi was so kind and welcoming. They treated Moose with such care even when he got “spicy” as they put it with them. 3 days after our visit they called to check up on Moose and when I expressed some concerns they immediately told me to come in for a re check to make sure everything was ok, it was! Our dog had a mysterious injury that we noticed around noon on a Friday. We phoned and the clinic was able to see us within the hour. The reception staff, vet techs, and vet went out of their way to ensure our dog was calm and comfortable. Dr. Zandi gave us a list of our options for treatment, and we elected to get staples due to our apprehension of sedating our 7 year old dog. After two weeks, the staples hadn’t healed. We went back to the clinic and again everyone was friendly and welcoming and made our dog feel calm and relaxed as she was treated. We were given detailed post-care instructions and know if we ever need to go back we are in safe and caring hands.

The Clinic is very clean and bright. They called me to ask how my dog is feeling after every visit. Sadly, we had to put Cuba down earlier this month. They sent us a card of condolences with a note from everyone at the Clinic. I highly recommend Albany Veterinary Clinic.
