Horrible Experience, 1.5 hrs late for consult, 2hrs late for install. Visible seams, hands all over freshly painted walls, cigarette butts and x-acto blades on lawn and failed to pick up old carpet and had to pay junk hauler to remove it. Worst of all, they tried to put 1 cm pieces in a seam in the middle of the floor (see picture with red glue) and tried to hide the evidence. Avoid at all costs and use your judgement when looking at the other reviews as you can spot the 5 star reviews on here that are fake.

Very informative/pushy company. Time management needs to worked on. Matt was 45 minutes late to the estimate I had booked. Then the installers were 3 hours to install my carpet. Unfortunately I’d like to find the positives in this company but they left a complete mess in my house, dented the walls and poorly installed the baseboards. The carpet wasn’t stretched properly and I’m having rippling issues. Terrible company. Matt then blamed the issues on everything but Aktas. AVOID
