I recently got a brand new Donner Hush I that was unplayable with very high action and other issues with the pickup perhaps because it was an online purchase straight from the factory. Took it to the Acoustic Music shop and the guys there were beyond helpful. Besides fully explaining the causes of the issues with the guitar they gave me options on how I could go about resolving the problems with it. Shout out to Brent who got the adjustment done right and helped pick a better quality strings to compliment the set up on the guitar. Purchased a vintage Canwood drum kit and hardware online. Exceptional packaging. Rod had sent a video as to how the drums sounded. Randy was great as well and gave additional information with the history of the set. One happy camper here. This is my 2nd rare Canwood kit.
