Dr. Carole Ross has been treating me for over 20 years. I trust her treatment and her judgment. She isn’t in it to “milk” a patient for repeated visits. She will refer me to whatever modality she thinks I need. I appreciate Dr. Ross’s approach; it’s obvious she cares about all of her patients. Also, the clinic is a warm and inviting space that promotes healing. All of the practitioners in the clinic are excellent. I’ve seen them all! ☺️

I used to be very nervous about chiropractors after a bad experience in the past, but Dr. Ross completely changed that for me. She truly listens, takes the time to understand what’s going on, and provides holistic care that goes beyond a quick adjustment. Every visit feels supportive, thoughtful, and safe. I always leave feeling better in my body and reassured that I’m in good hands. I can’t recommend her enough!

I was travelling from Vancouver island & needed a chiropractor well doctor carrol Ross treated 4 times for my severe shoulder, neck issues got me back on track , veryy pleased with her professional services, then tried the massage with Lawrence felt terrific after that , thanks very much , I wish I could find such treatmentsback home
