Stylist was nice. Was quoted a different price, she didn’t like how her colour took the first time and had to redo so I had to stay an hour longer I’m guessing that’s why? I repeatedly asked for no warmth/red as my roots are very ashy, she colored over my roots to try to blend it into the color that took. I went home and told her it was warm and she asked for more photos until agreeing and asked me to come back to tone it. Upset I declined it’s a bit too far and inconvenient, so I didn’t bother. I asked Chatters if I could have a credit to use at a closer salon but no response, the colour lasted about 5 washes and was $350 for this colour correction. I need another color correction now, photo of my hair after the service. I asked for a neutral ashy dark blonde… she said my hair was to porous so it didn’t take unfortunately lesson learnt I guess

They took thinning shears to my hair and made the mids/ends VERY thin. Not what I wanted in the slightest. It will take YEARS to fix/grow out. 🙁

Let me start by saying the outlet mall chatters is an incredible location. The girls that work there are amazing, friendly. Then there was my stylist. Hetal, was a god send. Truly a master in her field. She had such class, great conversation, attentive. She really knows her stuff, I felt a great comfort when she introduced herself, warm, friendly, Made sure I knew what I wanted before we started, informed me if I was not totally happy that we could do adjustments afterwards. She was just top shelf, plain and simple. I’ll be back to this location for years to come I hope.
