Took in my 2012 Audi A7 for Jim to look at. Thought the water pump had failed. Jim checked everything over and then commenced with the work. All the way through the process Jim would send me pictures of any issue or potential issue. I felt very confident in his approach and appreciated him keeping me in the loop from start to finish. Price was reasonable and the work was completed in good time.Jim is great to talk too. Lots of knowledge from decades in the industry. Highly recommended.
