We had issues trying to get our furnace working in our guest house, after many attempts to get it working, we reached out to Bald eagle. They got a few parts ordered for our old natural gas heater. We were unsuccessful in repairing ourselves. We Reached out to Dale, who went above and beyond to make sure we could get it running again! He was successful in troubleshooting the main problem and was able to fix it and get our furnace back up and running again in no time! An absolute God send! Thank you Dale and Bald Eagle! I had a plumbing issue on my park model trailer at a golf resort near Entwistle. I called a couple of local plumbers who both seemed very disinterested in helping. Finally I called Bald Eagle in Drayton Valley (about 30 minutes away). They responded by dispatching someone to address my issue that same day. They fixed the problem and even came back a few days later to put some finishing touches on the repair. I found them to be friendly, knowledgeable and extremely willing to help. I highly recommend Bald Eagle.

Justin came out to inspect my sump for an insurance claim, and I needed to work and leave someone at the house to let them in. They were phenomenal in calling me first thing in the morning after my (non emergency) message, getting a team out by 10am that day, the receptionist helped working with me on a payment (they requested payment at the time of work, but I wasn't present so they cut me some slack until I could come in to the office), and making sure I was in contact with the gentleman (Justin) who actually performed the work so he could explain to me what was happening.
