In this last 12 months our family has required work on 3 different vehicles. Our needs varied from a fairly large undertaking with the first vehicle, a diagnostic with another (ended up to be a minor issue), to an expected surprise that forced this 3rd vehicle to be out of operation until repaired. Providing repair cost quotes and updates for the bigger of the two jobs was part of the amazing service. My truck broke down and was able to limp it to Empower Auto, Callahan stopped what he was doing and got me up and running on a Friday afternoon so I could get home for the weekend!!! Great service and a great guy!!!

Was travelling with my mother in law and we stopped in Czar as we had an issue with our truck and didn’t know what was wrong. We got pointed towards this mechanic shop and he diagnosed us quickly, luckily the issue was superficial and we had nothing to worry about. The mechanic was busy but still offered to fix it for us if we couldn’t wait to have it done but was honest with us that it didn’t need to be done right then and there.Would definitely recommend this shop!
