Unfortunately to get any kind of response from these folks you need to complain repeatedly and publicly it seems. I've been trying to have an issue resolved for over a year and they keep gaslighting me with the issue when in all reality, something was installed incorrectly and Dream is not taking any ownership or pride in their work to correct the issue. Sadly it appears that they should be reversing their sales team with their warranty and customer service team, since they were really very keen to sell me a home, but don't seem too keen on fixing mistakes that were brought up a year ago.
