I drive a chevy so needing a tow is a new experience for me. When my water pump exploded going up the valley on highway 897 I knew I was in trouble. Goin up hill, on a curve with no shoulders was an awful place to break down. Paul got there within a half an hour of being called, and when we dropped the truck off at my place, he even unhooked, flipped it around, and backed it up to my cistern so the water in my tank wouldn't freeze. Gentleman and a Scholar - 10/10 dont wanna get towed again but would call Straightline if I ever have another issue
