I just took the dogs there to get a bath. I have acquired a new dog who has never had a bath before. He did great and I was given some treats for him to keep him happy! The blower was my best friend even though I wish I had something to suck the fur out of the air, as it went everywhere....I'm so sorry. No one complained though, as I did my best to contain it. They were good boys and they picked out treats after, and they ate them right up while I paid. Thank you so much for having this amazing service at your location.

I'd always been a loyal PetSmart girl, until I moved here and visited Pet Valu. The most knowledgeable staff, able to answer all of my questions, and super friendly too. 100% will be my go to store from now on!

I have been shopping at the Cold Lake location for 8 years. The staff has always been friendly and pleasant to deal with. I have animals with dietary restrictions, including food allergies and they have been very helpful with findìng the best food for them. They will always be my go to store for all my pet supplies.
