I have been shopping at the Cold Lake location for 8 years. The staff has always been friendly and pleasant to deal with. I have animals with dietary restrictions, including food allergies and they have been very helpful with findìng the best food for them. They will always be my go to store for all my pet supplies.

We take our pups there for their baths and it's perfect! Everything I need is provided including an apron, a towel, treats, a variety of soaps, warm water with removable shower head and I don't hurt my back since my dogs are on a short leash secured to the wall and I'm standing up. Once we're done, I use the dryer, clean up any puddles and put everything in the hamper and head out. No big messes in my bathroom, no sore back or knees and no fighting to keep them in bathtub!

Great selection of whatever you need for your animal with very knowledgeable staff who want to help you with a smile. Also have to spots to wash your pets. Great prices and very clean inside.
