Everything you'd expect from a mechanic. In today's age its rare to see a mechanic under promise and outperform. I was expecting to receive ok service, ok tires in a way that it made me feel ok about everything becuase they are called ok tires. They outperformed because I felt better than ok. I felt rather good. 5/5

These people were incredible to us. First of all, they changed our RV Tire that day within an hour. Then I had forgot to plug in my seven pin plug into the back of the car and it and the highway destroyed it. So they fixed that up for us too within 2 hours. They sat and talked with us. Let us know what was going quick and prompt. At first it looked like we'd have to get someone else to do or plug in. They even phoned other places to see if they could do it and even with that they still did it within an hour. Just fantastic service even give us a tip on how to do one of our additions to our Boler. Always had an exceptional experience at the Tire shop over the years I’ve been coming to Ok tire in Cold lake. Super thankful, for their services over the years. My family SUV is always in trusted hands.
