We can’t say enough about the excellent service we got from Ansell’s. The motor blew on our furnace Monday night. We called Ansell’s and a tech arrived about an hour later. Unfortunately, they didn’t have a replacement motor so one was ordered to arrive the next day. As soon as it arrived by courier, a technician came to install it. A huge shout out to the woman on the phone and the two technicians who came. You truly have amazing service.

Furnace went out 2100hrs, through kindness of others, was able to wait until 0800hrs for regular service call. Technician was sent out almost immediately, used sound logic while diagnosing, didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. Tech was very friendly and used multiple resources at his disposal to help figure out what the issue was. Consulted with his peers back at the Shop to help confirm. Nailed the issue first time. Circuit Board fried (can provide pic's upon request). Luckily parts were in-stock and furnce was up and running less than an hour from when issue was found. As of this review, furnace is working "as advertised". Very happy and will be calling them for any future work to be done (crossing fingers I don't).
