Chelsea at PetValu Cochrane Alberta was great. I was about to pick up a kitten from the Cochrane Humane Society and needed to get set up with everything. She took a shopping cart and we went and got everything we needed. She provided great advice. It was very helpful. Made it fantastic experience, after that I went and picked up the cat. the cat and owner are doing well so far lol

What amazing staff!!!! Such a pleasure to visit, we just got a new puppy and they were so welcoming and enthusiastic, Thank you Margaret, Cari and Aurora, for helping get us set up and always being so warm and friendly.
The staff at this location are so very friendly, I shop here exclusively for my two pups. Recently I had found a kitten on the street and was unsure where to start, Aurora was able to help me find a starter litter box, a small bag of food and send me home with some clearance toys to keep her occupied until I could find her owner.
Highly recommend this location to anyone looking for knowledgeable, friendly staff.
