I deal with carpal tunnel, shoulder and neck issues due to my job. After my appointment with Kari I had more mobility immediately! Pain is less and I am definitely going back for more treatments.

My experience with Kari Rose Health has been nothing but excellent. I am currently a Mindful Movement member and loving Kari’s Pilates classes. She explains everything so thoroughly and with her years of being a massage therapist and health practitioner she shares her knowledge so generously. Kari is also coaching me through better health and well being as I recover from an injury. I am getting positive results and I am feeling stronger and more confident every day.
