Cardston Clinic is generally considered one of the best clinics patients have ever been to. The staff, from the front desk to the doctors, is described as friendly and helpful. Patients report short wait times, often 15 minutes or less, and find it quick to get tests. Many are impressed by the number of doctors and how easy it is to get an appointment. The clinic is seen as a full-service operation, offering a social worker and a psychiatric counselor on staff, and they even accept walk-ins on a limited basis. However, there are consistent criticisms about the main receptionist. Multiple reviews state this person lacks compassion, empathy, and social skills. Patients report feeling belittled and disrespected, noting a disregard for their personal situations. Despite this feedback about the reception, patients praise their wonderful doctors and assistants, which keeps them at the clinic.
Everyone there is friendly and helpful from the nice girl at the front desk all the way to the doctors. They are open to questions and generally you don't have to wait more than 15 minutes or less to see anyone there. It is generally quick to get into tests. I moved from BC and was absolutely blown away at how many doctors there are here and how easy it is to get in.I also like that they have a social worker on staff and a psychiatric counselor. Pretty well a full service clinic.They even do walk-ins on a limited basis. This is definitely one of the best clinics I've ever been a patient at.

Normally good, not sure who the receptionist is now but not a fan.Lacks social skills and empathy. Might want to look into learning that. Saying well you didn’t call an hour ahead to change an appointment that was set an hour ago due to changing pain levels, yeah not professional, empathetic or acceptable. Do better.
