I have found it difficult to find reputable mechanic shops to the point where I have learned to do most of my own work. I don't have a garage anymore and winters are cold here so I took a chance and took my vehicle in here. I was thrilled that they were honest, knowledgeable and I had no problems with the work they did. I would definitely recommend them to anyone without hesitation. This is only the second shop in 30 years that I would recommended.
They are excellent accounts but they never answer the phone.We drive 75 miles out of town & and sometimes we want to call ahead for information. I find it very frustrating that I cannot actually talk to a human and not leave numerous voicemails.Their work is excellent and they have saved us lots of money BUT please answer the phone.
My Van’s rear disc brake calipars seized up whilst I was touring Waterton Nat’al Park. I calld D’s Setvice and spoke with Morgan. I told him I am out of town and need to get my brakes serviced. He told me to bring in my next morning. He preordered the parts we would require( rotor and disc pads), and we agreed to order the calipars once he determined if they needed to be replaced.After taking the vechicle in and leaving the vechcile fir the repairs, I get a call 1.5 hrs after, saying the brakes are fixed.They serviced it quickly and replaced both calipars and had it ready to drive promptly. I am from Vancouver, and this repair would have cost me much more than what D’s Service Charged me for the total repair. Dr. Merkley is amazing and gives very good care to all our animals. I really think this is the best Vet clinic in Southern Alberta.

This is a good place to hold a meeting or event. It’s well lit, comfortable, and gets the job done.
Everyone there is friendly and helpful from the nice girl at the front desk all the way to the doctors. They are open to questions and generally you don't have to wait more than 15 minutes or less to see anyone there. It is generally quick to get into tests. I moved from BC and was absolutely blown away at how many doctors there are here and how easy it is to get in.I also like that they have a social worker on staff and a psychiatric counselor. Pretty well a full service clinic.They even do walk-ins on a limited basis. This is definitely one of the best clinics I've ever been a patient at.
