“We were on a 2 week National Parks hiking trip when our brakes went out pulling into Glacier NP. Roughly half way through our trip and 1500 miles from home. We called Rick’s & Shala, the receptionist / office manager, after hearing our story, found a way to get us in that day and 2 hours after our arrival we had new front brake pads & rotors at a very fair price and were on our way. They even left instructions to check the lug nut torque when we returned home. It might sound cliche, but these people care about their business and their clients. So refreshing in this day & age.
