Johnny was there ahead of schedule, took great care of us and was very genuine and pleasant
. A real pleasure to deal with, especially with tough situation. He’s who you want on the job.
Dispatcher gave me a 2 hour wait time and Johnny from United towing was there and car loaded within 45 min! I see why they call him Johnny 5 star. Highly recommended and best prices around here.
To say Johnny made my wife and I's day is an understatement. He took our absolute crap experience with our rental car and fully took care of every aspect for us. He even went so far as to follow back up with us that night to check in. An absolute gem!
