Booked a 4-night stay here for our Banff trip. I wouldn’t compare this to a standard hotel or call it a traditional resort, as it is situated inside residential buildings and things are a bit scattered rather than in one central place. They also operate under multiple rental companies/institutions, so be careful when booking because certain perks might not be available depending on who you book through.

Suite can get quite noisy at night with neighbours and the highway, especially noticeable in bedrooms. Suite overall cleanliness and modernity could be greatly improved. Underground parking space is shared my neighbouring hotels and private owners, so get your spot early, or walk/bike.
A great homelike stay with family, friendly staff, clean, a good location, a good bed, kitchen, stove, microwave, coffemaker, cutlery and plates, indoor parkade, would choose to come back and stay again. Thank you
