One of my favourite things to do in Canmore! Excellent variety of classes (for all levels), the studio is warm and bright and Hilary provides incredible customer service! Booking classes online is super easy too. Would 10/10 recommend this studio to anyone looking to try yoga in the mountains.
I’m staying in Canmore for a couple of weeks and found CHY and had one class with Hillary. I really liked the instruction and the class. It’s a little scary to try something like yoga in unfamiliar places and I felt very comfortable. Looking forward to a few more sessions before I leave.
Canmore Hot Yoga allowed The WhimHoff Method, breathwork & icebath workshop to be hosted here by the phenomenal Whimhoff Instructor: Angela Knox. This location created a safe and beautiful environment for this empowering workshop to take place. I hope to join a future yoga class and cant wait to join a future icebath.
