The folks are Rona were amazing this past weekend! I had a very small plumbing job that became a much bigger plumbing job! They helped me every step of the way. Dan explained how to fix the first part of the dumpster fire issue. The next day Alex explained how to fix the bigger issue. I really appreciate both of these guys! And Amanda and Felicia on the till are always awesome!

Cleans Store & Helpful Staff, this is a smaller Rona store with a slightly limited supply of stock compared to the BIG BOX STORE Rona locations.Pleasant shopping experience & dogs ? are welcome in the store( March 2022 )

We stopped in to pick up some plumbing stuff today for a bathroom renovation we are doing at home … Alex happened to come down the isle and asked us if we needed a hand. I have never in my life run into such a knowledgeable, helpful, and kind person in a hardware store, let alone a retail store, in my whole life. Thank you very much Alex for all your help and information … we very much appreciated your time.
