I’m so frustrated. I ordered an air conditioner on June 26 from Rona.ca as all stores are out of stock and the order said 1-2 business days for delivery. Here we are on Wednesday and it is still sitting in Montreal due to a delay. Rona says it’s Puralator’s fault and Puralator says it’s Rona’s fault as they did ground shipping which is 4 days. Rona- do not tell me 1-2 days if you pick 4 day shipping! I ordered this for my mom going through chemo treatments in this heat and you cannot live up to your commitments. I’m very disappointed.
