I had the pleasure of having Jada for my appointment, and she was absolutely wonderful. She was kind, friendly, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. She took the time to explain everything she was doing throughout the appointment, which really helped put me at ease and made the whole experience feel smooth and reassuring.
It was my first time doing facials in the city. I tried because I needed acne extractions and there was a promotion for 59. She started with double cleansing, exfoliation, and then extractions with a machine. Nothing was painful and overall it was a great experience. I highly recommend anyone give it a try if there is a promotion. My esthetician was Maddie.
