I did a placement here and there were significant concerns that need addressing.I found that protocol was loosely followed and there was a bit of racism going on there, not to mention the fact that I was vilified for not being able to speak any chinese languages. My instructor, who unfortunately exhibited a bullying attitude had issues communicating well in english and would not answer questions herself. It was evident that there were challenges in basic linguistic skills, affecting effective communication. This created an uncomfortable learning environment, hindering the overall educational experience.If you end up getting placed here, good luck

I was at Wing Kei to see the premier, there's was so many people grabbing dinner, and an old lady got pushed. The female volunteer looked around and saw I was the only kid around, she started talking really rude and pushed me out so I can't get any food. I stayed hungry throughout the night, and I don't think this is find for treating me like this just because I am a teenager. That doesn't mean anyone can just falsely accuse me.

phone interview with tiffany was terrible i was talked to in a unnatural sugar coated tone as if i was a child and i felt like i wasnt fully listened to as a inquiring customer i dont think I'll send my eldery parents here
