This lady.....this lady is incredibly talented in what she does. I have been going to see Rachel for the past 15 yrs. for my permanent makeup. I don't have to spend time in the morning applying any eye makeup. So, I decided to try my lips 💋 OMGAWD!! I love how she evened out my lips. She made them look nice and plump looking. My liner...wow!! Throughout the years, eyeliner fades and spreads out. I asked Rachel if she could put green above the black faded eyeliner. OMGAWD!! She worked her magic...AGAIN!
