I frequently shop at the 58th Street Wholesale Club, where most of the staff are helpful. Today, when I couldn't reach an item on the top shelf, I approached the checkout area, and one of the employees pointed me to another staff member who was busy sorting boxes. He called out to the team nearby, and then Jennifer came over to assist me with a warm smile. Her kindness and attention to customers genuinely enhance the experience of customer service.
Today Friday July 18th 2025, I finished my shopping at this 58ave SE Calgary location, it takes awhile being handicapped I am slow. At the check out sadly I could not afford all my groceries being on aish is a fixed income so I removed 1 item and the cashier asked do you want this? I said I would but I can not afford it. She said that’s okay I will pay for it for you!
I said really? Why? She said it’s ok don’t worry and rang it through separate. I thanked her and almost started crying. It’s not that it was a lot of money for the 1.89ltr of juice but the kindness and gesture was just so thoughtful & kind :)
