Omar is extremely honest. I would explain the sign or symptom or describe a noise. He would have a pretty good idea. if not know what was the problem right away! He would also advise me if something was urgent to fix. Or how long I could wait for the other things that needed fixing. How many mechanics are that honest! He has so much experience first with working at a dealership then having his own business for many many yrs. I used to bring my vehicles to Omar because I knew without a doubt I could trust him. Now that I live outside of calgary. It's not that easy to get work done by Omar. But I still stop in to say hi. Or for advise. He even refers to reputable businesses if needed. If you need to book your vehicle in. He's worth the wait. Honestly I believe he works in perfection in his trade. I would very highly recommend Omar & WestMount Auto.! You can trust him with any make or model! He was always very thorough. I never had to be concerned he missed anything.
Nice guy, very honest. He just removed a partial screw that never punctured the tire and replaced one valve stem.The previous garage I went to tried to sell me $2600.00 worth of tires. It's refreshing to meet an honest guy.
Always a pleasure rolling into this auto shop! Hadn't swung by in a while, so it was a treat to have my ride in the hands of the skilled technicians once again. Typically, I bring my vehicle in on weekdays when they are not too busy. Each time I've had a problem with my car I bring it here and they always have a solution. I have never felt like they have price gouged me and I feel the prices are reasonable considering the work that they do. I always feel important from the staff and they make a effort to answer the questions I have. Super happy with the service Ive had from westmount auto centre and Im sure I will be happy for the many future years I come here too.
