We bought our Hunter Douglas window coverings from Wen-Di when we bought our Jayman house. Unfortunately the Hunter Douglas coverings have been proven to not last that long before breaking the internal motor and transmissions that hold the blinds up, BUT Wen-Di has been exceptional with getting free replacement parts and service for the blinds. At first Wen-Di would send them back to Hunter Douglas to fix, but since they broke so regularly they started just ordering replacement parts to my house and I would fix them my self. I visited Sarah at Wen- Di to help me with a transom window I wanted a shade for. I told her exactly what I wanted and she did not disappoint. She was extremely helpful and it took no time at all for it to get installed. Richard did a great job with the measurements and installation. Very impressed and would go back again for other window treatments.
Ordered the blinds that I thought I'd liked a year ago at the design studio appointment but cancelled due to frustrating delays in production and shipping. The customer service was understanding and gave a full refund.
