Rude folks. Unsure who will be hiring them.

Another update: Owner removed his earlier reply and put another one. Fyi, this is the whole converstaion as is. They previously replied to the review as 'business is closed, scammer hahaha' and now updated their review saying business is under restructuring and its not the full conversation but it is. If that was not your business number you could have just said so regardless of it being on your listing or they could have handled courteously or even now they could have but dont want to.

Sylvain’s work is phenomenal! He came in part way through our basement development and corrected many mistakes that were made by the previous contractor. He is extremely professional, friendly, and has a fantastic attention to detail. His communication skills are outstanding and always take his time to keep you up to speed with the project. Everyone has a positive attitude and does tremendous work. We will definitely use them again in the future!!

We contracted with Watts renovations for our 2nd floor edition of close to 1000sqft. We enjoyed our experience with Sylvain, and would highly recommend him. We’ve built many houses over the years, and it was refreshing to work with someone who was willing to go that extra mile, and never say that anything was too crazy of an idea. He took us right from permitting and engineering through to finishing...and all of it was done with the highest level of professionalism. I’m sure we’ll be working with Watts for years to come.
