Water Heater Pro was recommended by a colleague and I’m very pleased with the work that was done. They were able to fit me in within 2 days and the team did a great job, especially considering they had to haul the old 75gal tank up the stairs and out to the truck by hand.
I had the absolute pleasure of dealing with the team at Water Heater Pro in early 2026, when my 2.5 year old new build house had it's 80 gallon Water Tank fail out of the blue. I had done extensive research myself into how to resolve the issue, and went as far as draining and checking multiple components of the water heater myself before reaching out for help.
I called them after my own efforts had not resolved the issue, and they were absolutely fantastic to work with and discuss options with. Ben, come in late Friday to take a look at my tankless hotwater heater. It was leaking bad. He had us booked in first thing Monday morning and installed a new Rinnai RX199 same day. Sean and Kieran did awesome job installing. They were polite and courteous and did a good job cleaning up the mess. We will be calling water heat pros In the future, if we need them For any future repairs
