Very convenient. Have used the pickup/delivery service for many years. Hardly ever lost anything. Not sure about the cost of cleaning compared to other options. Had a few occasions of shirt buttons broken during the cleaning and ironing process. Have a pair of synthetic (non-wool) dress slacks fried by the pressing process which was too hot.
