I have going to Venetian for years now, and service is generally very good. Friendly staff too. However, on two occasions I was promised a reward, and have to receive anything. Last week I was told to tell the staff, and was told the supervisor wasn’t there so no rewards for me. Kinda don’t like how this has been handled.

Went in today and had an amazing experience! The nail tech that did my set put a lot of care into shaping it exactly the way I like and I have never left a salon happier! Cheers ladies!
