I’ve taken my cats here for 12+ years but had to comment after seeing a few reviews about cost. You know the people working here don’t control the costs, right? My friend’s daughter just volunteered here for vet school and said it was one of only places she’d be comfortable leaving her dog, they treat their patients like gold and clearly love animals with all their hearts.
The vets and vet techs at VCA Tuscany are fantastic. They are compassionate, dedicated, and knowledgeable. We have trusted them with our dog, Heidi, for years and I have always felt completely confident in the care and advice they provide.
At no point have I ever felt pressured into unnecessary procedures or treatments. Every recommendation has been thoroughly explained and made with Heidi’s best interests in mind.
The vets go above and beyond to care for my dog, taking the time to answer questions, address concerns, go over pricing, and ensure I feel comfortable with every medication and procedure.
