After having a horrible experience at a competing Dodge Dealership (Cochrane Dodge - worst dealership EVER), we turned to Country Hills Crystler for a vehicle that we had almost purchased at the competing dealership. The experience was nothing short of amazing. Instead of taking or existing vehicle for a trade, they suggested I sell it privately and I made a lot more money on said vehicle. They also didn't have the same pressure tactics as other dealerships have and focused on informing us as consumers. I bought my first Jeep today from Jesse. It was a fantastic experience. He came in to work early just to meet my schedule and was super easy to work with. He was knowledgeable, professional and a cheerful guy to work with. The deal went quickly without a hitch. I also appreciated working with Kanen the finance manager who was a zero pressure, striaght shooter when it came to buttoning up all of the details of the deal. I would recommend this dealership to anyone.
