Excellent company! We recently had our basement done and we’re extremely happy from start to finish. We had explored other companies and the quote from Urban Builders was the best for what we wanted. The timeline was really quick and before we knew it the walls were framed. All of the trades were extremely respectful and knowledgeable. We completed our basement development with Justin and team recently, and could not have asked for a better experience. We obtained quotes from a few companies with similar good reputations, and found their price to be competitive. Justin was very patient during the lengthy planning process where we made multiple revisions. The project was completed on time and on budget. The trades did very high quality work and always cleaned up after themselves. They were very quick to remediate the minor issues we found after completion.
